2. No relevant work experience required;

3. Proficient in operating office automation software, proficient in human resource management software such as personnel quality assessment, familiar with relevant national labor laws and regulations, contract laws, and have solid theoretical knowledge in human resource management, management skill development, and familiar with various modules of human resource management.

4. Good at communication, strong learning ability, strong adaptability; Solid, diligent, meticulous, with excellent organizational and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic towards people, and a good team spirit.
