The furnace heats the aluminum ingot at high temperature and extrudes the aluminum rod. The aluminum rod is then injected into a mold with grooves to create the initial heat sink embryo, and then undergoes subsequent processing (CNC, trimming, drilling, tapping, polishing, wire drawing, surface treatment, riveting, and packaging).

Aluminum alloy itself is soft, easy to process, and has low cost. It is an excellent thermal material widely used in modern heat dissipation. Most of the industry uses 6063 T5 high-quality aluminum, with a purity of over 98%.

Due to the limitations of its own material and extrusion ability, the ratio of thickness to length of radiator blades cannot exceed 1:18.
